1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 888ji ("888ji," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 888ji website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 888ji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 888ji Platform.

888ji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the 888ji Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 888ji, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 888ji or any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

888ji conducts age verification as part of the registration process and may request supporting documentation (such as a government-issued ID) at any time to confirm eligibility. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 888ji, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 888ji Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 888ji will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Verification: 888ji may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your 888ji account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to verification requirements being met.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

888ji supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit cards. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform, which vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: 888ji reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• Currency: All transactions on the 888ji Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Fees: 888ji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 888ji bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

888ji offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 888ji reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may void the bonus.
• 888ji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements — is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonuses will be removed from your account upon expiry.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

888ji is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are supplied by licensed game providers. The following rules apply to all gaming activity on 888ji:

• The rules for each individual game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules before placing any wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 888ji will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. If resolution is not possible, the wager for the affected round may be refunded at 888ji's discretion.
• 888ji reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect outcome or payout.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 888ji reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Live casino games are subject to additional rules specific to each table and dealer. Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in live game environments.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 888ji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 888ji support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 888ji Platform or its games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 888ji staff in any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 888ji Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of 888ji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 888ji.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 888ji trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 888ji intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 888ji.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 888ji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond 888ji's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or account balance displays that may be subject to technical errors.
• Decisions made by you in connection with your gaming activity, including any financial losses resulting from wagering.

888ji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 888ji account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 888ji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data

888ji collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

888ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Your own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of these Terms, 888ji reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 888ji operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
